AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY

Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve or check in to a room.

Upon check-in, all guests must present a valid ID or passport and credit card. Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.

EARLY ARRIVAL POLICY

We are pleased to welcome guests early based on availability. For guest checking in between 6am-11am there will be an additional charge of 600 THB. While an early arrival any time before 6am will incur an additional charge equal to one night's current room rate. To guarantee a room for early arrival before 2pm, we ask that guests reserve the night prior. Please make your request as early as possible to ensure availability.

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY

An early departure fee may be applied to guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date.

LATE CHECK OUT POLICY

We are pleased to accommodate late checkouts upon request, depending on room availability. For a late checkout between 12pm and 6pm, an additional charge of 1,000 THB will apply to guests. Late checkouts after 6pm incur an additional charge of a full-night's room rate.

PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT POLICY

We accept international credit cards for prepayment and reservation guarantees. Please note that the credit card used to reserve a prepaid rate must be presented upon check-in. If booking on behalf of someone else, individuals must contact the hotel directly to arrange third-party billing. Guests must provide deposit by cash 1,000 THB or credit card information upon check in.

EXTRA BEDDING POLICY

Due to guest room size, there is no extra bed accommodation. However we do charge for each extra person an additional charge of 600 THB per person per night.

FAMILY PLAN POLICY

There is no extra charge for children six (6) years of age and under when sharing the same room and utilizing existing bedding. There is a maximum of two children allowed per room. There is no charge for breakfast for children under three (3) years of age. Child's breakfast charges apply for children three (3) to twelve (12) years of age. Normal breakfast charges apply for children thirteen (13) years of age and above.

SMOKING POLICY

Lemontea Hotel is non-smoking hotel. Please note that by Thai law, smoking is not permitted in the room, toilets, balcony, or public areas of the hotel. There are designated smoking areas in front of the hotel.

A 2,000 THB cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy and smokes in a non-smoking or in a public area. A 5000 baht fine will be charged to guest setting off the fire alarm.

PET POLICY

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
